Mia Simmons-Yi

Mia Simmons-Yi is a Ph.D. student in Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship and Graduate Dean's Fellow, specializing in organizational theory, economic sociology, and competitive strategy. Broadly, she is interested in how organizations adapt when cultural environments change. Mia received an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Chicago and a B.B.A. in Organization & Management from Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Previously, she worked as a Pre-Doc Research Coordinator at the Wharton School, a Research Assistant at the Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Management Consultant at Deloitte.
