Dean's Letter: WHAT NEVER CHANGES

After a decade of leadership at Mendoza College of Business, the Martin J. Gillen Dean will step down on June 30, embarking on a sabbatical year before returning to an endowed professorship in finance. Reflecting on his tenure, he highlights the college's achievements, including a focus on student satisfaction and notable advancements in graduate programs, such as the successful launch of the Master of Science in Management for non-business majors and a new undergraduate major in business analytics. The dean expresses gratitude for the community's support and innovation that have shaped Mendoza's progress.
