Management and organization associate teaching professor Joseph Holt wrote an article published in the Chicago Tribune about women's basketball coach Muffet McGraw's recent speech about gender inequality in sports and society in general. McGraw will no longer hire male assistant coaches. “All these millions of girls that play sports across the country, we're teaching them great things about life skills, but wouldn't it be great if we could teach them to watch how women lead?" said McGraw.
