MSA Career Development

Turn Your MSA Into Opportunity

Career Development provides one-on-one career coaching, connecting you with unparalleled networking and job opportunities you won’t find anywhere else. Historically, more than 80% of our MSA students accepted employment offers with one of the Big Four accounting firms.

Other graduates accepted opportunities with a variety of firms or chose to pursue further education. All of them were prepared to do exactly what they wanted upon graduation.

Build a Career on a Strong Foundation

From exploring career paths to connecting with employers, you’ll have opportunities throughout the MSA program to turn your interests into a career strategy.

On the left, a blonde woman in a dark blue dress listens attentively in profile, while other attendees mingle in the background.

Networking Opportunities

Connect with companies, industry professionals and Notre Dame alumni through career treks, firm networking events and on-campus recruiting opportunities. Build meaningful relationships, gain exposure to leading organizations and expand a professional network that extends beyond your time at Notre Dame.

      Fellowship Opportunities

Through partnerships with Deloitte, EY and KPMG, select MSA students can participate in firm-sponsored fellowship opportunities that provide more than financial support. Fellows gain access to mentorship, professional development and networking opportunities throughout their MSA experience, building relationships with leading firms while preparing for their future careers.
