What You'll Learn

Beginning in August, you’ll spend an intensive year building a master’s-level foundation across the core disciplines of business while developing the skills to solve complex problems, communicate effectively and lead with confidence.

Throughout the program, you’ll gain experience in finance, accounting, business analytics, strategic communication, marketing, leadership, managerial economics and strategic decision-making, giving you a broad understanding of how organizations operate and make decisions.

You’ll also tailor your experience through a concentration in Technology and Management, Strategic and Financial Leadership, or Nonprofit Management and Leadership, allowing you to develop skills aligned with your interests and career goals.

Beyond the classroom, hands-on coursework and Grow Irish give you opportunities to apply what you’re learning to real business challenges, strengthening your problem-solving, collaboration and leadership skills in real-world settings.
